Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how NGUYEN BA HUNG ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and processes your information when you use our Quản lý Trung tâm mobile application and web application (the "Service").
Introduction
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. The Service is a utility that enables education centers and authorized staff to store and manage their own operational data.
1. Information We Collect
We collect specific types of information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
A. Personally Identifiable Information
- Email address: We require an email address to create and manage a secure account through Firebase Authentication.
- User ID: Firebase generates a unique identifier to securely associate data with an account.
- Account access information: We process roles, permissions, and the classes or features an authorized staff account may access.
B. User-Provided Data
The Service allows users to store and manage data that includes, but is not limited to:
- Center and class information: center name, class names, schedules, subjects, rooms, and teaching assignments.
- Student information: names, contact details, enrollment records, attendance, course progress, and notes entered by the center.
- Staff information: teacher and employee profiles, schedules, roles, payroll-related records, and assigned permissions.
- Financial information: tuition fees, discounts, payment requests, and transaction records entered by the user.
This data is voluntarily entered by the user and stored on Google Firebase and Google Cloud services to provide synchronization, backup, account access, and application features. We do not sell this data or use it for third-party marketing or behavioral advertising.
C. Payment Information and In-App Purchases
The Service offers premium subscription plans.
- Processing: Transactions made in the iOS application are processed by Apple through the App Store.
- No payment credential storage: We do not collect, view, or store credit card numbers, banking credentials, or Apple Account payment details.
- Transaction data: We receive transaction confirmation, product identifier, subscription status, and expiration information needed to unlock and maintain premium features.
D. Device, Notification, and Technical Data
- Push-notification tokens, application version, device type, synchronization status, and technical error information needed to deliver notifications, secure accounts, and troubleshoot the Service.
E. Google Drive Data
When a center owner chooses to connect Google Drive, the Service may process the Google account email, selected folder identifiers, folder names, folder links, and authorization information needed to select and open teaching-material folders. The Service does not automatically copy the entire contents of the user's Google Drive.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide the Service: authenticate users and store, synchronize, restore, and display center, class, student, staff, and financial data.
- To manage accounts: provide customer support and grant access to features based on account role and subscription tier.
- To process subscriptions: verify premium subscription status through Apple's transaction services.
- To deliver notifications: send notifications that users enable or that result from center activity.
- To maintain security and reliability: diagnose errors, prevent unauthorized access, and improve synchronization and service stability.
3. Third-Party Services
We use trusted service providers to operate and maintain the application:
- Google Firebase and Google Cloud: authentication, database storage, server processing, hosting, and notifications. See the Google Privacy Policy.
- Apple App Store and Apple Push Notification service: payment processing, subscription management, transaction verification, and push notifications. See the Apple Privacy Policy.
- Google Drive: used only when a center owner voluntarily connects an account to select and link teaching-material folders.
These providers process information under their own privacy policies and are expected to provide protection that is consistent with applicable law and the purpose described in this policy.
4. Data Security
The security of your data is important to us. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including protections provided by Firebase and Google Cloud. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Children's Privacy and Student Data
The Service is intended for education-center owners and authorized staff, not for children to independently create management accounts. A center may enter student information, including information about minors, for legitimate education-management purposes. The center is responsible for providing required notices, obtaining appropriate consent, and having a lawful basis for entering and sharing student data.
We do not use student data for behavioral advertising. If personal data has been entered without appropriate authorization, the account owner or an authorized representative may request correction or deletion.
6. Data Retention, Deletion, and User Choices
Center-management data is retained while the account remains active or until the account owner deletes it. Certain technical records, backups, or transaction information may be retained for a reasonable period for security, recovery, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
Users can use the account and cloud-data deletion features in the application's Settings section. Users may also contact us to request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion of their data. Requests may be verified before completion to protect the account and center data. Deletion may be irreversible.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Users should review this policy periodically for changes.
